WATER QUALITY DESCRIPTION	Both sites on Bent Creek show few water quality problems. This entire watershed lies within a forested area, but the lower section flows through the North Carolina Arboretum. The upstream site which is just downstream of Lake Powhatan shows excellent water quality. The downstream site shows good water quality with the only difference being slightly higher nutrient concentrations at the downstream site.
